Booking and collection

Book online or send us an enquiry and we will call you to confirm the collection date. We never dispatch a van without agreeing the date with you first.

Payments

Parcels are paid in full at booking by card. Removals are confirmed with a deposit and the balance settled before delivery.

Claims

In the rare event of damage, report it within 48 hours with photographs and we will process the cargo insurance claim for you.

Customs and duty in plain English

Since Brexit every shipment needs a declaration. Personal effects being moved to a new home are relief-eligible, gifts between private individuals under €45 are free of duty and VAT, and commercial goods over €150 attract duty. We fill in the CN22 or CN23 and keep a copy on file.

Access, parking and permits

If the street needs a parking suspension or the close is too tight for a Luton, tell us when we call. We arrange the bay suspension in Edinburgh and Glasgow and use a shuttle van where a large vehicle cannot get near the door.
