Terms of service
These terms apply to every parcel, removal and vehicle transport booked with Nova Parcel between the United Kingdom and Poland. Placing a booking means accepting them.
Booking and payment
Bookings are confirmed once payment is completed; the collection date is always agreed with you by phone beforehand.
- Parcel up to 20 kg — £40; up to 30 kg — £50
- Parcels longer than 150 cm on any side — £1 oversize supplement
- Removals: half a van £1,000, full van £1,800
- UK domestic routes are quoted individually before booking
Prohibited items
The following cannot be carried under any circumstances, and shipments containing them may be returned at the sender's cost.
Never accepted
Cash, documents of value, weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, medicines, live animals and plants, and perishable food.
Accepted with conditions
Electronics, bicycles and appliances must be packed to withstand normal handling; fragile items should be declared at booking.
Liability and insurance
Goods-in-transit cover up to £500 is included for parcels and can be extended to £5,000 at booking. Removals are insured for the declared value agreed in the quote. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographs.
Cancellations and complaints
Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the agreed collection are refunded in full. Complaints should be sent to info@novaparcel.co.uk and are answered within 14 days.

- A parcel up to 20 kg costs £40 and up to 30 kg costs £50, with a £1 supplement for parcels longer than 150 cm on any side.
