How our quotes compare with a courier or a Luton hire

A pallet through a freight broker looks cheaper until the fuel surcharge, tail-lift fee and depot-to-depot legs are added, and hiring a Luton van yourself means two ferries or a tunnel crossing, fuel, tolls and four days of your own time. Our figure is the all-in, door-to-door cost with a driver, insurance and paperwork already in it.

Deposits, balances and cancellations

Parcels are paid in full when you book. Removals are held with a deposit and the balance is due before we unload in Poland. Cancel more than 7 days ahead and the deposit is refunded in full; inside 7 days we will move it to another date at no charge.

Frequently asked questions

How much does parcel delivery from Scotland to Poland cost?
A parcel up to 20 kg costs £40 and a parcel up to 30 kg costs £50, door to door. Parcels longer than 150 cm on any side carry a £1 oversize supplement, and customs paperwork is included.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The quote covers collection, loading, insurance, customs paperwork and delivery. The only supplement is £1 for parcels longer than 150 cm.
How do I pay?
Bookings are paid securely by card at the time of booking, and you receive a confirmation and label straight away.
Do you price journeys inside the UK?
UK-only journeys are quoted individually because they depend on distance and load size. Send us the details and we will price it the same day.
Do you charge extra for stairs or a long carry?
No. Tenement stair carries and long walks from the van to the door are part of the quoted price — just tell us the floor when we ring to confirm the date.
Is it cheaper than hiring a van and driving to Poland myself?
For most one-bedroom moves, yes. Once you add van hire, diesel, the crossing, tolls and overnight stops, a self-drive move usually lands close to £1,000 before you have paid for your own time.
