Nova Parcel processes personal data to arrange parcel deliveries and removals between the United Kingdom and Poland. This page explains what we collect, why we need it and how long we keep it, under UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
What data we collect
We only collect what is needed to collect, carry and deliver your shipment.
- Contact details: name, phone number and email address
- Collection and delivery addresses, including recipient contact details
- Shipment details: weight, dimensions, contents list for customs
- Payment confirmations processed by our payment provider (we never store card numbers)

Each purpose has a lawful basis.
Performing the contract
Collecting, transporting and delivering your shipment, issuing customs documents and contacting you about the collection date.
Legal obligations
Customs declarations, accounting records and insurance claims are retained for the periods required by UK and Polish law.
Who we share data with
Only with parties needed to complete the service: our drivers, customs authorities, the payment provider and, where relevant, the insurer. We never sell personal data or use it for third-party marketing.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to processing and withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing info@novaparcel.co.uk. You may also complain to the ICO in the UK or UODO in Poland.

- What personal data does Nova Parcel collect?
- Your name, phone number, email, collection and delivery addresses, and the shipment details required for transport and customs documentation.
- How long do you keep my data?
- Booking and customs records are kept for the periods required by tax and customs law; enquiry data that does not lead to a booking is deleted within 12 months.
- Do you store card details?
- No. Payments are handled by our payment provider and we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
- How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
- Email info@novaparcel.co.uk with your request and booking reference. We respond within 30 days, keeping only records the law requires us to retain.
- Do you use cookies?
- We use essential cookies for the site to work and analytics cookies to measure traffic. Analytics can be declined without affecting your booking.
