Importing a bike bought in Poland
Most of our customers buy privately or at Polish dealerships and need the machine plus the paperwork moved together.
Documents you need for UK registration
Keep the Polish registration certificate (dowód rejestracyjny), the purchase invoice or contract and the seller's ID copy — we carry them with the bike.
Customs and import
We prepare the customs declaration and CMR for the shipment; import duty or VAT, where due, is settled by you on arrival.
Collection across Poland
Warsaw, Kraków, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Poznań, Katowice, Lublin and Rzeszów are on the regular loop, and other towns are collected on the way to the loading point.
How the bike is secured
Front wheel chock, soft straps over the frame or bars, blankets on painted panels and photographs at loading and unloading — the same standard as our UK routes.
